PROJECT AND TEAM LEADERSHIP - I joined JenPráce.cz, an HR industry disruptor, which is rapidly growing in market share as the second biggest player in this field in the Czech Republic. Managed a complex team, reduced CPAs of our campaigns, got us to TV multiple times, launched product innovations, and implemented modern AI tools.

Regularly collaborated with Facebook, Google, Linkedin, and TikTok account managers, solving API integrations, new features, strategic decision-making, and a broad spectrum of other business and tech topics.

DATA AND MARKETING - leveraging my combined marketing and data expertise, I returned to Prague to work at GoodData, a leading data analytics company. While sharpening my skills in Google Data Studio, GA4, and Tag Manager, I also played a key role in project management.

I spearheaded advertising campaigns using Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, successfully targeting audiences in the United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK), France, Germany, and other countries with business potential.

BIOHACKING AND EFFECTIVENESS - I embraced biohacking to enhance my performance, energy, and overall health. This includes evidence-based techniques like LLLT, cryotherapy, keto diet, sleep hacking, and many others. Being an early adopter of AI tools, I focused on maximizing personal productivity and even teaching it to others whenever possible.

STUDIES AND WORK IN SHANGHAI - I earned a Master's degree in International Business at a leading university in Shanghai, one of the world's fastest-growing cities. This experience significantly enhanced my skills in multicultural communication and trade.

Leveraging PPC, SEO, and email marketing, I run successful digital marketing campaigns for AdvaCare Pharma USA, a pharmaceutical company, expanding its global reach to over 30 countries.

BIG-SCALE IN SAMSUNG - as a PPC Specialist in the Prague Samsung office, I spearheaded large-scale marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google Search, and Youtube. I played a key role in launching both high-tech flagship products and standard range products, ensuring maximum visibility and reach during these crucial market introductions.

VISITING HONG KONG - visiting Hong Kong as an international exchange student sparked a passion for Asian tech and marketing. The energy of this place is indescribable. Immersed in this vibrant tech hub, I explored innovative marketing techniques used in finance and technology. This experience ignited my interest in Asian culture (especially Chinese, Korean, and Japanese), and continues to shape my professional goals. I started to study Chinese at that time.

TOASTMASTER - Fueled by a childhood desire to be a skilled public speaker, joining Toastmasters during my university years provided the perfect platform. I honed my skills by delivering dozens of public speeches, actively participating in academic debates, and even moderating conferences on several occasions. Notably, I participated in simulations of the OSN, American Congress, and European Parliament on a regular basic. This experience solidified my passion for public speaking, which continues to this day.

DIGITAL MARKETING SPARK - I discovered my passion for digital marketing during my early student years, starting with online courses and articles. Eager to gain practical experience, I quickly transitioned to agency work, where I honed my SEO and PPC skills across various projects. his experience not only solidified my passion but also exposed me to diverse digital marketing disciplines I started to delve into one by one.
