Managing Projects in Asana, Odoo, Youtrack, or Jira I am used to working with foreigners from dozens of countries. I can run your campaign in the USA, UK, and Germany as well as Saudi Arabia or the Philippines. Effectively managing specialists from diverse cultures and even different countries they work.
I have run during my career PPC & SEO campaigns for more than 20 countries, meeting on a work or school basis with skillful nationals of about different 50 countries.

I love data, what I can measure I measure, steps, sleep, lead, or CPAs. Whenever I go I apply rigorous A/B testing and try to get the best insights possible to drive my results.
GA4 is the world I master, with Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Excell are my regular companions. ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude are all of them I use to get necessary insight faster and smarter.
Leadership
I am used to both leading teams and serving as a project manager. I deeply care about my people and their development, I want them to be effective, but also not overwork while destructing their health. Trying to get their motivation up by providing them with diverse and interesting tasks, mentoring them with quality explanations and training, friendly non-judging attitude, listening and proper setting of priorities, praising them and even giving them small rewards regularly. Try to be polite while still giving practical feedback.
